Moris Nou Pei is not a party to any investment agreement between an entrepreneur and an investor. We are not liable for:
- Breach of any investment agreement;
- Non-payment of promised returns;
- Misrepresentation by either party;
- Any financial loss arising from the investment.
We offer voluntary mediation services as a courtesy to Platform users. Formal dispute resolution is governed by our Terms of Service (Section 15).
