1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Moris Nou Pei platform operated by Moris Nou Pei, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Moris Nou Pei's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Moris Nou Pei's platform
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our platform.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the platform and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Services

Moris Nou Pei provides a platform connecting Mauritians and diaspora communities worldwide, offering services including but not limited to:

  • Diaspora Services and freight forwarding
  • Business opportunities and networking
  • Consular services information
  • E-commerce marketplace
  • Events and community engagement

5. Transactions and Payments

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the platform, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your transaction including payment information.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our platform. You agree to promptly update your account and other information to ensure accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Moris Nou Pei and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Moris Nou Pei, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
